The Expo module is not available yet.
The same requirements apply as for a native app: a real iPhone with iOS 26 or later, and an approved app in the developer dashboard. See Requirements. Results return PhotoKit local identifiers. In React Native you can show those assets with a ph:// URI or through expo-media-library.
